The 63 Corvair is a fun car and if my sources are correct the braking system is fairly simple there is no proportioning valve rather just a splitter that directs fluid to the front and rear brakes and a single reservoir master cylinder and power brakes were not available in 63 please correct me if I am wrong in this description of your setup as even.
